This role is on our board because we think it is an unusually effective way to spend a career. How we reason about it

This board is still in beta. The reason below is our judgement — tell us if you think we have it wrong. Give feedback

Why this is on the board

De Geefrevolutie brings effective giving into the workplace, from a lunch & learn to a donation policy for the whole organisation. A single company that adopts such a policy shifts the giving of all its employees to the most cost-effective charities in one go — and you build that corporate programme from the ground up.

About the role

You turn warm introductions (including through the School for Moral Ambition) into partnerships with companies, approach new companies yourself and are the regular point of contact for existing partners: you roll out the toolkit, facilitate sessions and keep the CRM in order. Required: two to five years' experience in sales, account management, partnerships or fundraising, and fluent Dutch. 32–36 hours, at least two days a week at a coworking space in the Randstad, starting 1 January at the latest.

What do you make of this?

The board is still in beta, so this is exactly the moment to say what you think. A vacancy we have missed, a judgement you do not share, something that does not work — all of it helps.
